Here are the skins or outside of the beetroot



Xavier is mixing the sour cream and honey and lemon juice together

Mrs Matheson is adding the sour cream dressing to the beetroot.

Room 10 are going to be planting potatoes this week - our patch has been composted.  We now need to dig it over to aerate it and dig some trenches.

We made these posters to put around the school to encourage all the children to get involved in the competition.  We think they got the message across really well.

Look at the beetroot we grew in our garden - they are huge.  Mrs Matheson cooked it up and we ate it all.  More reports to come.
